VAXBaby 18: Why the same vaccines again at 4 months?

Once your baby has reached their 4-month mark, doctors recommend you head into their office for another appointment. Again they’ll measure your baby’s length, weight and head circumference. They may check for some basic reflexes, but the real reason you are there is for more shots—basically a repeat of the shots they had been offered two months earlier. For vaccines that were originally supposed to work forever, but now are advertised as working for a few years, possibly less, it may seem odd they feel like the eight vaccines your child just received two months earlier are in danger of not working.
