Coming Soon: The Germ in the Dairy Pail

I'm nearly finished with a new book called "The Germ in the Dairy Pail." The subtitle is "The 200-Year War on the World’s Most Amazing Food–Milk" and if you liked "The Moth in the Iron Lung," you will love this!

Hello friends. It has been too, too, too long. I've been busy with family and work and everything else life can throw at you but somehow I've managed to nearly finish a new book called "The Germ in the Dairy Pail." The subtitle is "The 200-Year War on the World’s Most Amazing Food–Milk." It's very similar to "The Moth in the Iron Lung" if you've read that book and I think it will give you a new perspective on milk, the industrial food complex, and everything else we put in our bodies under the guise of health and nutrition.

I don't typically write about anything that doesn't really excite me. That means, if I can't find something new to say about something, I probably won't say anything. And THAT means I've found something new to say about milk. At least I think have. Digging through the history books always seems to turn up some interesting things that most people have never heard about and milk is no exception—it's an incredible story that I think everyone should read about. It will completely blow your mind what we've done to ourselves in the name of improving our health.

I'm going to start sending out preview copies of the book next week in hopes of getting some celebrity/famous people to endorse it and give me a blurb I can use as testimonials. I'm absolutely horrible at marketing but this is what the pros do so I'm going to to my best to bug all my friends in high places to get them to read the book and hopefully they will be as AMAZED as I was when I discovered this story.

If all goes well, I'll have some blurbs back over the next month or so, will have the audiobook recorded during that time, and then will officially launch the book on July 1st. Maybe I can get it out earlier, something I'm anxious to do because of all the milk conversations happening around me and my state, North Carolina, which is currently trying to ban ALL sales of raw milk.

Thank you for any word of mouth or sharing you can do to help me build up a big launch day on Amazon on July 1st to try and get this book to rocket up the charts. I will continue to update you over the next month or two to let you know how things are going. Until then, I hope you have a great spring/summer!
