This is how the universe works. There are aliens and there are humans. If you are reading this website right now you are most likely an alien. Aliens have been sent to Earth to make their complex world an easier place to function. I was sent here to study and poke fun at the way humans design for humans. Many of the articles on this website focus on humans designing for humans.

Aliens

Aliens are not like humans. We are able to lift our thought processes above the obvious and do what is right, forward-thinking, or even best. We do not always get along with humans because our so-called "brains" do not work like normal humans. We create ideas and bring them to life in ways that don't resemble Microsoft Office 2003.

Humans

Humans don't think. They react. They choose the path of least resistance, even at the expense of making their lives more difficult. They are willing to put up with an incredible amount of frustration, but their sense of time is different than ours. What feels like 2 minutes to us feels like 5 seconds to them. As such, we must always convert our timing into human time so that we can accurately gauge how a human is likely to react to something.
